Dot collides with ledger line
When a dotted note is on a ledger line the dot collides with the ledger line.
Expected behavior: The dot should appear above the line to avoid collision (as it already does if the dotted note is in the staff).

If the dot belongs to a voice with its stems down, the dot should be written below the line, like in the attached Igor Engraver example.
Agreed. In a multi-voice context the dot should be written below the line for downstem notes.
This is implemented in rev. 1761.
