Visible Tickbox Column

1. 'New'.
2. Add instrument.

Result: 'Visible' tickbox column doesn't appear during creation.

Discussion: It appears when you re-access Instruments, but should it appear during creation?

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5528) - Mac 10.7.3.
