Changing and introducing time signatures after Insert One Measure causes corruption
1. Open attached score.
2. Select the first bar.
3. 'Insert One Measure'.
4. Drag 4/4 on the second bar.
5. Drag 3/4 on the first bar.
6. Drag 3/4 on the second bar.
7. Click on the first bar.
8. 'Insert One Measure'.
9. Drag 4/4 on the second bar.
Result: Second bar (4/4) has three beats.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5559) - Mac 10.7.3.

Incase the behaviour changes, I have produced a screencast .
It might not be a problem if this is fixed: #16170: Insert One Measure and applying time signature creates additional bar
I can reproduce currently. Looks like a corner case of the new rewrite measures algorithm. Also note that the 4/4 is only applied in the top staff.
