Time signature

Hi there!

So, when creating a new sheet it's possible to use any time signature. But when changing the time signature within the sheet, only a few of them are available. Using the "actual bar duration" from the bar properties works, but the missing the signature at the beginning of the bar is not really nice..

It would be nice being allowed to use any time signature for every single bar of the sheet
