[Regression] Note head positioned away from ledger line in 1.2 score

1. Open score (from here ).

Result: The note heads in bar 4 of Tenor Sax and Piano are positioned away from the ledger line.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (bb4af59) - Mac 10.7.4.

It's better creating a small test case than posting a full file...

In MuseScore 1.2, create a file with a high note, double click it, and move it. Ledger lines are following.
Save the file and open in MuseScore 2.0 (tested with 9d524310dc)

Result : the notehead and the ledger lines are no more together.

This doesn't happen if the file is created with 2.0

It's not my score, and because I didn't know what the problem was, I though it best to post the file unaltered.

There tends to be regressions generally, so I'm not sure whether it's necessary to put it in the title.
