Crash when accessing Preferences

Not sure if this is a Windows 7/64 UAC permissions issue or not. When trying to access the preferences with any of the last 4 versions of the nightlies, the program crashes. Win7/64 pop-up gives, which doesn't look too helpful. Is there something I could install to give a better trace?
