Popup windows open outside the desktop
tl;dr: Sometimes resolution changes will cause popup windows to appear at a point out of bounds of the desktop. Needs a check to verify validity of saved position.
It would be helpful if you could put in a check when opening any window that its saved location is valid for the current desktop. If resolutions change for some reason (like forced full-screen at low resolution, which some games will do), it messes up where windows are located, and several times those windows have ended up opening at points that are outside the accessible desktop and so can't be interacted with in any way other than closing them on the taskbar. Which means I need to hunt down the MuseScore2.ini file and delete/modify it to regain access. This is something I can do, but I am certain there are a lot of users who wouldn't be able to, which leaves them with a reinstallation as their only recovery option.

This is a known issue indeed - see #63121: Tool windows become unusable if they were moved to a secondary screen. Not sure how easy it is to check this and do something about it.
Unless I'm much mistaken, jeetee fixed this for 2.1.
It is indeed fixed both for 2.1 and master in #119376: unify save/restore window positions
@BattleFalcon: If you run into this issue frequently with 2.0.3 you might benefit from using this plugin I wrote to reset most window positions as well (I even have a shortcut assigned to it myself)
