I think it's fine, but could you check just to be sure in a nightly build, or the source code for 2.0?
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (df3b4a2) - Mac 10.7.5.
I just checked it and it seems the arpeggio is scaling properly now. Thanks for finding this thread and bringing it up again.
