The Handbook needs a table of contents
Is it easy to add a table of contents to the Handbook?
It is very hard to find one's way around in the document.

Sorry to ask... Do you know you can search the handbook or any PDF or webpage with Ctrl + F ?

Thank you. I am able to search a pdf. But that does not eliminate the need for a table of contents.
