Feature request:
Option to highlight (e.g. by color) all elements with no zero offset (i.e. "moved" elements compared to their default position)

Sounds like a very good idea. I would add the request that line be drawn from the actual (current) position of an element to its default (base) position so that extreme outliers can be identified and dealt with.

To help your cause, those lines already exist for dynamic markings and a few other things. As a minimum a show achor point option would be nice.
