Delete Time-Signature.
Click on subsequent measures and start to delete them.
Find a space between the two barlines, and click on it.
Result: Crash.

Can confirm with OpenSuse Leap.
Note: the same also with MuseScore 3.0 (at least in 4b4a3df), but there the crash occurs already with deleting a subsequent measure after removing the time signature)
I can't reproduce, not with 2.1-RC, nor with 2.0.3 at least, nor with 22033c8.
And not with de38cce either
Ah, you mean delete content of measure, using Del, not the measure itself, using Ctrl+Del, with that I can reproduce!
