I change change the clef to TAB put when I insert notes there, It goes to a very low note -_-

I think tablature is fully supported in the forthcoming version - 2.0.
There is no release date yet, but you're welcome to try out (link - the source code and/or a nightly build). If you discover something wrong and can't find any discussion covering it, feel free to post.
TAB support is restricted to the clef sign in MuseScore 1.2
It is possible, but time-consuming to fake it using invisible notes and staff text, however.
Full TAB support will be coming in MuseScore 2.0 which is expected to be released early next year.

Scroll down to the "Nightly" section and then choose the correct option for your OS. It can be installed without affecting your existing MuseScore installation.
Please bear in mind that this is the development version, and is still unstable.
