Yes, it's as if the "-" was hidden by the left repeat sign. Furthermore, the display of these "+" and "-" signs is "only" an option, which can be disabled in the menu View / Show / "Mark Irregular measures".

I would recommend you attach the score (.MSCZ file) instead of an image. It's rare that we can tell anything from an image.
