I would recommend you attach the score (.MSCZ file) instead of an image. It's rare that we can tell anything from an image.

It is a minor bug.
Minor, because this only applies to the note writer (hint that the measure is shorter than the time signature says) and has no effect on playback, for example.

Yes, it's as if the "-" was hidden by the left repeat sign. Furthermore, the display of these "+" and "-" signs is "only" an option, which can be disabled in the menu View / Show / "Mark Irregular measures".

Sorry, I did not think of searching GitHub. I searched the forum, but it returned over 10 pages, of which the first few were not relevant.
