Crashes upon creation of triplets from deleted rests...

1. Create a staff (ss001.png)
2. Make a measure consisting of two 1/8th rests, one 1/4 rest, and a half-rest (ss002.png) (It seems to work only if we have rests of different durations beside each other in the same measure.
3. Select a 1/8th and 1/4th rest (ss003.png)
4. "Delete" the rests by pressing the "delete" (not "backspace") key (ss004.png)
5. Create triplets using "Ctrl+3" (pc) or "Cmd+3" (mac). Application crashes on error "Measure::remove segment: not found 0xa305af8. (ss005.png)

I've duplicated this on Mac and Linux. Version 1.2.
