Caution Don't overdo function additions and features
It is important not to overdo new features and additions to Musescore. That was a main big problem with Finale and Sibelius from their inception to current versions. Also problems in programs like Microsoft Word, etc., adding features that only a few out of hundreds or thousands will ever use. This gets in the way of good basic needed functions. I can see why the developer of Musescore is careful, not to just keep adding and adding functions the will eventually get in the way of basic needed function for 99% of users.
It is important to fix current features and add basic need features, like collision control to Musescore. As programs get complicated, one fixes one issue or add a feature and disrupts other basic functions of the program.
Best regards to all,

This is a very important point indeed.
Be assure that we are extremely cautious, on a daily basis, to not suffer from feature creep. Thank you for the reminder though.
