It's not clear what sort of repeat sign you want. However this bit of the handbook should cover it https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/notation-repeats
Try the Repeats & jumps palette.
@ poor bunny If you're using notation software like Finale, Sibelius, or Musescore, you can usually find repeat signs in the barline or measure tools. Just select the measure where you want the repeat and apply the symbol. If you're handwriting, simply add the double barline with dots at the start and end of the section you want to repeat.
