Missing plugins

Hi, whilst working on my DAW I somehow managed to lose my MuseScore plugins so now when I look at the music the chord names are missing and the marker moves but there is no sound. I am using the 2.0.3.msi which works just great for me. Can anyone tell me how to recover the plugins or how to download new ones. Also I thought of uninstalling it and then downloading it again but am scared to try that in case i lose my compositions of which there are many. Desperate now. Thank you. Jerome

Chord names and play back have nothing tondo with plugins. But revert to factory settings is probably what you want. If that doesn't help, reinstall. If that doesn't help, please attach your score and steps to reproduce the problem.

Reinstalling would not lose any composition. It only very rarely solves any problem either. Reverting to factory settings is more likely to help.

Thank you guys for your rapid response. I tried the reverting to factory settings and it did nothing. The problem remained. Then I uninstalled MuseScore and reinstalled it. Problem solved, all the chord symbols back and the sound. I am a happy camper.
