The sheet is jumping up and down while clicking notes

I am clicking the note number one to the line. The whole staff line jumps up or down and I must scroll it back. I click the next note, and the same jumping happens again. And again I must scroll back.
How can I get the program to finish it and keep still?

Please take a look at this note . Does it describe what you are experiencing?
