Fret position on highest fret rather than lowest

I am trying to create a palette of 4-string plectrum banjo fretboard diagrams. Customarily with plectrum or tenor banjo the fret number indication is on the right side of the diagram at the highest fret because that is usually the melody note when playing chord melody, not the lowest fret as is the only way to currently place it with Musescore.

Is it possible to add code to provide radio buttons for "Highest Fret" or "Lowest Fret" to the existing "Left" and "Right" placement radio buttons?
