Repeat without ligature in begin of repeat.
See the attachment. I simply want to playback this two notes without ligature during repeat, not with midi settings, but with human consumption variant mainly. So if it would be in the end i shall use volta lineaments, but this must be other in the begin and i couldn't find any rule for it in my music-handbook. Is it possible?

I need only music rules designation for performer not to play the ligature during repeat. That is to say, at first time performer play this notes with ligature, at second time - without.
And is there any designation which says to preformer repeat this bars for n times, not two as by default rule.

You need http://musescore.org/en/handbook/volta for this.
To get MuseScore to play a repeat more than twice, alter the repeat count of the last measure before the end repeat bar (:||) via right-click -> measure properties.

If you have voltas, there is good indication, else use system text like "3x".

I see no alternative to write twice
If you only need an indication of the performer maybe you can insert as text on the staff

Thanks.
If playback is important, use Voltas. If it is for someone to read when singing then use a dotted ligature and the singer will know by checking the lyrics. If it is for an instrumentalist, use a dotted ligature plus a text indication.
Thanks to all.
