How stable is the latest Mac release of Musescore?

A simple and probably naive question. I am using Musescore on Win7 and will likely be going to a Mac sometime soon and I would like to use Musescore on the new machine.

I've noticed that every once in awhile Musescore will crash on Win7. For anyone that has experience with this software on either Win7 and/or Mac, which version is more stable?

Any information on this will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any direct basis for comparison, but I'd note that 1.3 has only been out for a few days, so there probably isn't a lot of data out there yet. I'd also note that 1.3 fixes several crash-related bugs, so it's probably more stable on Windows than whatever version you've been using thus far.
