Clicking Sound on Wood Blocks
Was using version 1.2 on Windows 7 PC. Started to edit a file that I created 6 months ago. I noticed that the wood blocks had a clicking sound that sounded like static. It echoed the actual sound. I downloaded version 1.3 but there was no change. I'm using the soundfont that comes with the software. There was no problem when I first created the file.

Hi mht6kids -
The score you posted sounds OK to me. I'm still running MuseScore 1.2 on Windows XP.

I hear the audio noise (very strong clicks) under Vista x32 with soundblaster sound card and Win 7 x64 with integrated Realtek sound card.
What is your audio device?

I'm using the mixer. It says "Wood Blocks" with the standard sound. I am using TimGM6mb.sf2 as the sound font.
It's caused by a problem in the MuseScore 1.x synth engine.
On some sounds systems such as my Realteck HD Audio, the gate closes with an audible click when there is insufficient volume level to hold it open, and this is what you're hearing.
This problem has been fixed in the soon to be released version 2
