Key signatures not displaying as input in 1.3
I am working on a Big Band arrangement - 17 parts in a mixture of C, Eb. Bb transpositions. I used the 'jazz big band' template to get the basic score.
The piece has two key changes - which I have inserted by dragging the required key signature from the palette and dropping onto each measure as required. These were right when placed & saved. I have noticed that these new key signatures change when I reopen the file ... so, where I have key of E (4 #) in concert, instead of key of C# (7#) - what is displayed is a key of Db (5 b) for my Eb instruments and instead of F# (6#), I get Gb (6 b) for Bb instruments.
Obviously these are equivalent keys - but I wanted to use the # keys instead of the b ones
If I click the 'concert pitch' button, I get all parts showing as key of E (4#) - as expected.
Any ideas about how I can fix this would be appreciated (I could not see anything obvious in 'preferences')
Thanks

I don't think there is any way to disable the automatic simplification of keys that happens when you toggle Concert Pitch. However, it should be the case that if you explicit set a key chage after the last time you toggle that button, it sticks. So, wait until you are all done flipping in and out of concert pitch, turn it off and leave it off, then drag over the key signatures you want, and they should stay.

Hi Marc,
Many thanks - I tested that & it does work as you say.
Confused me initially as I couldnt understand whey they kept changing (until I worked out which keys they were ...)
