Mouse 3 to Drag?
I'm not sure if I can change any settings to make it so Mouse Button 3 (Click Scroll Wheel) moves my view around the score, same as clicking and dragging on an empty space would. If there isn't I think it'd be a nice feature to have, as sometimes I want to move around the score and not have an easy way to do it other than Esc, Click+Drag or using the Navigator
If there is a way, please let me know (I've looked through Preferences, but don't see anything). Thanks!

Not sure what you mean - the scroll wheel should already be scrolling your score (vertically by default, or horizontally if used with Shift). You should never have to rely on drag or the Navigator (although those can be useful as well from time to time).

In many programs pushing the scroll wheel (like a click) changes the cursor to a for way arrow and moving the mode scrolls the screen in that direction. MuseScore doesn't do this.
