If it is not too extensive the internal repetition better to write all measures:

While it might seem logical to be able to nest repeats within one another, standard notational conventions frown upon this. Human musicians reading your score won't understand where the repeats go, either.
How will you notate this so someone can sight read it?

Because of the frowning, I eliminated the interior repeat.
It was a little difficult getting it to look good on two pages.
Can I somehow locally adjust some distances
(e.g., system distances or others) to satisfy my preferences?
Incidentally, the playback works better.

Yes, there are a number of things yiu can do. If you post a score and a description of what you want different, we can probably show you how. But you can start by reading Layout and formatting .
