1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on top D.
3. 'Inspector'.
4. Click on 'Small' box.

Result: The ledger line for the bottom D becomes shorter.

Discussion: If you move the small note below the normal, the ledger lines appear correct.
