Templates with parts create corrupted score

1. Create a score with two instruments, for example flute and piano
2. Go to File ->Parts and press New All
3. Save the score in the user template directory
4. Create a new file from the saved template

Actual result: the score looks good but the parts are broken, containing repeated clef, too much measures etc...
