Want smaller title rectangle
How can I make the title rectangle smaller vertically or
just put one row of text into the blank space above the music?
Another question: the copyright comes on below the music and
seems to push my final system to the next page.
How can I get rid of the copyright box?

A frame can be edited by double clicking the border then dragging the handle. You might not like the results, though, as the composer name is attached to the bottom of the frame. You are probably better off just inserting another frame between the title frame and the first measure. Click first measure, then Create / Measures / Insert vertical frame.
As for fitting another system on the first page, there are better ways of doing that than deleting the copyright message. Layout / page settings lets you shrink the overall size of the music, or the size of the page margins. Style / edit general style lets you decrease the amount of space between systems, or staves within a system, or between the first or last systems and the margin. Just a slight adjustment might be all it takes to fit another system.
But to remove the copyright message - which you might want to do for other reasons as well - just double click it and delete the text. Not sure that will really up any space, though - I think it lives separate from the staves and margins.

Thanks, I made it on one page mainly by
smaller rectangle on the top and
negative margin on the bottom.

But the rectangle contents do not print in the same location relationship to
the notes as they look on the screen.
And they hang off the page on the left when printed.

Assuming you're looking for help getting your score to look the way you want, it would help if you posted it so we can see what you are talking about.
