File Will Not Open? No backups? Didnt Autosave?
Hello,
I have spent countless hours to create a beautiful arrangement from "The Last Unicorn." My musescore 2 tends to crash and corrupt all my files and It only saves blank backups. My only good file got corrupted. I saved a small portion of the arrangement onto .wav, but how do I fix my corrupted files?

That file is beyond repair, all zeroes. See https://musescore.org/en/node/52116 on how to possibly find a backup.
For corrupted files (doesn't apply to this one) see https://musescore.org/en/node/54721

Seems to also not be a valid file. You should continue following the instructions given here on locating the backup and/or auto-save version. Also be sure to have the latest version - 2.1 - which fixes many crashes that plagued older versions.
I'm afraid, this file isn't repairable (is empty). You should look for an autosaved or last saved version:

Do you remember what the crash occurs?
Another possibility:
