I wonder, if it would be also useful for other entries of the right click context menu: i.e. staves properties, bar properties, edit drumset... - in sense of a better accessibility (especially for visual impaired users)
In theory, there is supposed be a general way supported by the OS to invoke right click menus without actually clicking. Some keyboards have a dedicated key for this, but mine does not. Shift+F10 works on at least some Windows systems for this, but not on mine.
After having used the mouse to right click, on Windows at least going to the more dialog by keyboard only is possible using the arrow keys until you highlight the [More...] and press [Enter].
Note that presing the [Space bar] should work also but instead of pressing the Highlighted option in the menu it press options in the main rubbon. I suspect this is more a QT problem.

This issue is about adding a shortcut for the More... menu. I asked for a string to represent this feature in the shortcut list. Any suggestion?

We need a string to define the function in the long list of shorcuts in Preferences > shortcuts

Sounds like what the guy doing shortcuts for GSOC should be working on. He's going to be generalizing the shortcuts already.

Fixed in branch 2.2, commit 9b2eafc11f
fix #213686: Add shortcut for Select > More
Fixed in branch master, commit 91ed3d5b40
fix #213686: Add shortcut for Select > More
For me it's related to this issue, because "select>more" is also a right click entry beside others, but see: https://musescore.org/en/node/215816.
Tested and approved. Very useful shortcut. Thanks. It is a pity not to have thought to add this for the 2.1. Heck!
