MIDI 0 to MIDI 1

The attached file is in MIDI 0, I guess?
I need to control the tracks separately. I could not find another way than to export in MIDI and and to split the tracks to different output channels in a Sequencer. But then I'm loosing the lyrics.

Is there a better way?

It's a Capella file you can import into MuseScore just by double-clicking.

Best way of splitting the staves into several instruments would be by copy/paste into a new score set up how you want it.

There is a lot to do though because MuseScore has imported all B flats as A sharps :(

Or find a Capella to MIDI conversion program.
