1.3 score featuring time signature appearing before clef

I don't know how to reproduce the steps that lead to the attached 1.3 (I think) score having the time signature appear before the clef, but it was something like this: I made the score, put in the notes, inserted two measures before the first bar, copied and pasted glissando into them, undo and save.

Regardless, could it be correctly displayed for 2.0?

Note: In 2.0, the note appears before the clefs - hopefully it is correctable too.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (da38f67) - Mac 10.7.5.
