Playback does not honor tempo set via tempo text with "Follow text"

Windows 7, self-built GIT commit: aa8bba3 (from master as of 7/25/2013):

Changing a tempo text that has the "follow text" option set appears to work as far as the Inspector is concerned, but playback is not affected until you reload the score. Steps to reproduce:

1) open attached score follow_temp
2) play score to verify tempo is 80 BPM
3) edit tempo text to read "180" instead of "80"
4) note in inspector the tempo spin box correctly reads the change
5) play score

Expected result: playback at 180 BPM
Actual result: playback at 80 BPM

If you save and reload, the playback is correct, but again, each subsequent change requires a reload in order to take effect.
