"Tuning" parameter doesn't accept negative values
Sometimes you want a note to sound lower than the default pitch, especially when using the "half flat" accidental. This tuning parameter would be a good solution, so it should support negative values as well as positive ones. Better yet, have it support values from -150 to 150 at least so sharp-and-a-half and flat-and-a-half can be interpreted properly, too.

I changed it for -200 to +200 like it was in MuseScore 1.3.
