The hand Clap option I found in the instrument list.
For me the notation is important.
I see in your example the hand clap notation is a Slach. In my example it is an X.
How can I put this X for the hand Clap

In the inspector or using the noteheads palette you can change the note heads to X's

Shoichi, I found the settings I need, thanks.
How can I conform the setting. In the inspector is no option to conform the setting you change and if I close the inspector the change is not done

Click on the note;
Click on the type of head in Inspector.
