Shift+Ctrl+Right to extend selection doesn't work if existing selection extends to end of measure

Steps to reproduce:

1) click first not of Promenade
2) press Shift+Ctrl+Right to extend selection one measure. This works.
3) press Shift+Ctrl+Right to extend selection one measure again. This has no effect.

Expected result: you can keep hitting Shift-Ctrl+Right as often as you want and selection keeps getting extended.
Actual result: as shown in step 3, above, this is a one-time operation

You can replace steps 1 & 2 with anything that selects a region whose right endpoint is the end of a measure: click empty spot in measure, click any note & shift-click last note of measure, etc.
