Piece tempo?

How do you change the tempo of the piece along with the playback tempo so that you don't have to change the playback tempo to change the tempo of the piece? I tried opening the playback menu with F10 and changing the tempo from there and the playback is of my desired tempo... but unfortunately it does not save. Ultimately, I'm just looking for a way to set the tempo like how you would do it when making a new score.

Also, is it hard for flutes, Trombones and Glockenspiel to play in D flat Major?

How do you write music for the tenor drums as if it is for marching band? The actual notation, ink on paper part along with each sound each drum corresponds with (not the audio file used for the drums)?

To answer your first question, under the "Palettes" tab, which can be selected by clicking on the "View" tab at the top left of your screen and it is the second option down. In the "palettes" tab, there is a section marked "tempo". Use those tempo markings as your go-to. If you need to change these tempo markings to fit your preferred tempo, as the default is 80 bpm, simply double click them, delete the existing number, and add your preferred bpm.

In regards to your second question: frankly, it is difficult for any untrained instrumentalist to play in D Flat major, but those skilled in the art are perfectly capable. Fortunately, trombones, flutes, and glockenspiels are concert instruments, meaning they play notes in regards to what they "actually are" and aren't automatically transposed like the saxophone, trumpet, and french horn. Thus, they don't have any different key signatures, such as the trumpet, whose key signature is always two keys sharper than concert instruments.

Finally, your third question is a little confusing to me. Would you mind rephrasing?
