Can't delete horizontal frame.
I can't delete a horizontal frame by selecting it then pressing the delete button to remove it as instructed here: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/frame#horizontal. I can select (highlight) the frame by clicking on it so the drag handle appears. Then, whether I press the "delete button next to the "+, =" button and nothing happens I try the "delete button to the right of that, in the group of 9 buttons (between the alphabet portion and the numeric keypad portion of our full keyboard). I have MuseScore 2.0.3.1 Revision: 6347ed6 on my late 2015 OS sierra version 10.12.5 iMac. I have read about problems and fixes for several simple tasks and features so I never had to ask for any help until now. I have attached the file I was working on. It is just a simple arrangement of a popular song. I was trying to create a method of moving the right margin over without making the layout's scale setting smaller. I finally changed the print setting from "A4" paper size to "US letter" and that solved the problem with the margin but I still have a horizontal frame that I do not need anymore. I'd like to know I can create one of these frames and then change my mind and delete it as easily. But, it's not likely, without your kind assistance.

Right-click on an horizontal frame -> All similar elements -> Ctrl (Cmd for Mac) + Del.
So: a I Can't Help Falling in Love With You.4-3.mscz
Double-click, drag the handle to the right (you used a negative value);
Click the frame and Del

Thank you so much, Shoichi. That worked to remove the frame. It seems the handle was preventing it from being deleted. After I dragged the frame handle to the right I clicked once to just highlight the frame, then pressing "delete" worked fine.
However, I don't know how I managed to create this situation - I have a brace after the double bar line that was somehow present with the horizontal frame you helped me remove. If I highlight it, right-click and select "cut" all the braces for the piece get deleted, as well. When I select "brace" from the brackets palette and drag it to the first measure I get new tiny braces next to each staff, including another brace next to the double bar line at the end of the piece, again. (see attached) Like most people, I only need a brace at the beginning of each system. Your kind assistance is greatly appreciated.

When you add a brace, it goes to the staff you add it to. Then double click it and drag the handle to tell MuseScore how many staves you want it to encompass.
The reason you get a brace that the end of the score is that you have a horizontal frame there. You need to delete it. Actually, it appears you have two of them. They will be hard to delete because you have made them a negative size. Probably best to add a new one, right click, Select / All Similar Elements, and hit Delete. I see you've also moved the final barline for some reason; you'll want to put that back where it belongs by clicking it and pressing Ctrl+R.

Thank you, Marc.
As always you guys are amazing! Very good instructions on how to do what needed to be done. However, Ctrl+R didn't work on the double bar line but "command+R" did. Could be a mac thing. Thanks so much. I consider this issue resolved.

Fantastic!
For the record, yes, pretty much any time anyone ever mentions the "Ctrl" key, Mac users need to mentally substitute "Cmd". Not just in MuseScore, it's that way pretty much across the board.

Good to know. :-)
