show note name under plugin menu.
save as mscx format(actually text based)
open by text editor(ultraedit)
find and replace the string note name to any means.
you may open the same file together musescore and text editor,
musescore have re-load function for preview.

Huh?
If you want to enter those special b and #, use the F2 palette, no need to edit the mscx file

(not new), and I apologize in advance.
It could be something as shown here:

to have the names of the notes in your own language?

yes it is not new method, some teacher use b note means si or ti, c note doh or do, d note re or ray
there are some tonic solfa methods cope with chromatic scales
do di re ri me fa fi sol si la li ti do sharps
do ti te la le sol se fa me mi re ra do flats
it helps alot teach & learn string playing with just intonation. G flat not equal F sharp
find and replace note name would be easier define any means.

in Italy is used, for example, the "Metodo Goitre", based on the work of Zoltán Kodály, makes it possible to teach the singing to deaf people. MuseScore can be a great help!

The note names plugin is translated into a couple languages. If it isn't into your language, I could probably do it, with your help...
