Is it possible to write a score on two different computers at the same time?
I wanted to know if this is possible, because my friend and I copied old scores for the musescore, but since we do not have the same computer, I wanted to know if it's possible for him to copy his part and I do my part ...

Not simultaneously, no.
You can, however, work on it together by using the .mscx format (instead of .mscz) and use a version control system (like CVS or Mercurial) or git to commit the file into a repository and work on it that way. The .mscx format is just XML, so even an occasional merge would be possible if either knows what they’re doing.
If you want to work on a score at the same time, but not necessarily at the same parts, you can just do two independent halves and copy one after the other, or use the Album feature to concatenate them, or do a template and both fill in parts of the template and later they’re copied together.
So, in general, yes, just not at the same piece of the score at the same time.
Or just use Dropbox or Google Drive or some similar service where you can share access to the same actual file. As other have said, though, you'd have to be very careful not to work at the same time, and you'd also have to be careful to coordinate the changes so that you each close and reopen the file to pick up each other's change.
You could use an online software like Noteflight... but you have to pay for that... :/
