Repeat Sign Extensions
In Finale, one has (had) the option of adding extensions to repeat signs by default (see file). I don't see a way to do this in MuseScore. Has anybody discovered a way?

It's the extended repeat sign I was trying to figure out. Turns out it's easy, but thanks for the reply!

It's called a "winged" repeat sign. I suspect that was the confusion: responders thought you were talking about the OTHER symbols as "extensions".
