How to export score into a document
Please, can someone tell me how to export or paste score into a Microsoft Word document? I am writing some notes on how to play various musical scales, so I want to prepare examples using MuseScore and then paste them into the notes I am writing.

Save as under a graphic format (png)
Open under the relevant graphic software to cut, adjust, and save under a file .
incorporate the file in Word
Thank you, Robert Leleu. I did a prnt scr and then cropped, copied and pasted the score. I am also saving as graphic as you recommended, and will see how that goes. I am pleased to learn that there are so many "save as" options beside the default (all I used before!)

if the final document is to be printed on paper the use of a graphic format or of the snippet allows a finer resolution
You might find the "Snippet Creator" Plugin useful:

If you are going to do a lot of this sort thing, you might also look into

Ignore the warning about it being old; I haven't updated it because I haven't time to add new features.
It's not worth the trouble for just one sheet of exercises. But if you are, say, writing a book, or producing these sheet of exercises regularly (like if you teach a class and produce new worksheets every week), it definitely saves a ton of time and effort in the long run.
