Barline to note distance too small for 1.3 scores

2.0 introduces a new style style parameter, Style / General / Meausre / Barline to note distance, which defaults to 1.2sp for new scores. However, for 1.3 scores, it defaults to only 0.60sp, which results in a much more crowded appearance. Although 1.3 did not expose this parameter, it certainly appears visually that the default distance in 1.3 is around 1.0sp just as it is 2.0 score. So 1.3 scores loaded into 2.0 look noticeably different / worse.
It's an obvious fix, so I'll be submitted a PR shortly.

Actually, I'm mistaken about the parameter not being exposed in 1.3 - it is, just under a different name ("Left margin"). So it looks like there was a deliberate decision to change this. And now that I've implemented the fix, I think I can guess why: it may have been an attempt to "tighten" the spacing of scores, because otherwise many scores end up being looser by enough to affect the number of measures per line. But if so, that was the wrong decision in my opinion. If 2.0 has trouble fitting as many measures per line as 1.3, the true causes of this should be better understood and addressed directly. So I'm still submitting my PR, and then perhaps we can discuss if we need to address the overall spacing issue separately.

Although it does looks better in 1.3, I think the real solution lies deeper - we may need to do away with the setting and just improve the layout rules based on what David touches on.
Not just "kind of" discussed there - this issue is *exactly* what your original report discusses. Although the discussion does indeed meander after that.
