Free Time in Musescore?
I am composing a work for the piano that I would like to notate in free time, with no time signatures or barlines. Then later in the piece I would like to switch back to using normal time signatures. Is there a way to do this in Musescore?

Well, I just partially solved my problem by deleting the first measure then right clicking the barlines and selecting "Set Invisible". The notes are still spaced as though there were barlines though. Is there a fix for that?
