Accidentals not shown after split measure

Steps:
1- Open attached score;
2- Select the second D-flat;
3- Edit -> Measure -> Split measure;

Result:
The second D-flat, now inside a new measure, does not display the flat accidental, see attached image.

Expected:
The flat accidental should be displayed, since the D-flat belongs to a new measure.
