Another score, another movment, another exercice, another system and so on?
But also not, like many thing in MuseScore, things may well just adjust automatically. If there are few systems on a page, MuseScore will add extra space to fill the page more, but if you add another system, MuseScore will reduce the spacing on the first systems to make room for another, if possible. The settings Style / General / Page are what control the minimum and maximum amount of space MuseScore will allow.
