4/4 Measure Value Problem (Drum Set)

I have encountered a problem while writing a part for the drum set on one of my sheet music. As I was writing notes in for the set, I looked back to one of the measures and noticed that some of the notes got clipped off. I tried to fix this but I can't find a way how. The bass drum lasts the 4 quarter beats but the other parts of the drum set don't. I deleted the notes individually but left the bass drum quarter notes written in. The quarter rests only add up to 3 while the bass drum part adds up to 4. This measure is supposed to be in 4/4 time. Is there a way to fix this? I would appreciate any help, thank you!
