Submitting a template for Openscore

I'm thinking of transcribing Viktor Kosenko's 11 Etudes in the Form of Old Dances for Openscore, however I'm not sure how to handle multiple movements for the template that I submit. I've read the blog post about creating a template, but it doesn't say anything about multiple movements. Should I create separate files for each movement? Should just submit a template for the first movement? Should I add page breaks and text for each movement all in the same file? Also do I need to have the correct number of measures for the piece, or is just the default 32 okay?
