Virtual Piano Keyboard
Is it possible to make it so when I click keys on the left it puts notes on the lower stave and when I click keys on the right it puts notes on the higher stave?

i assume you are talking about writing piano music? No way to automatically switch staves like that, but pressing Alt+Up/Down will manually move the cursor up or down between staves.
