Get Arachno Sf (in handbook under synthesizer or sounds related links) It is standard midi 114. Unfortunately, the rolls are "machine gun" horrific for an otherwise likeable sound.
Isn't steel drums the same thing?
This one looks good and makes a nicer sound, apparently ;)
